Sit-down specialty coffee on Chater Road

Skip the grab-and-go kiosk. Roasters is built for sitting down, with an espresso bar running most of the front and a handful of tables further back in a long, narrow room at Alexandra House.

Chater Road puts it right in Central's financial district, catering to the banking crowd that fills the towers on weekdays. It landed the same month as several other coffee shops nearby, part of a wave of specialty coffee openings across Central this year.
