Cloud-broth ramen for Kowloon Bay's office crowd

Look for the whipped, foamed broth on top. That's the cloud Kumo Soba is named for, ladled over shoyu and miso ramen that otherwise sticks to the standard chashu-and-egg format.

Wai Yip Street runs through converted industrial buildings now filled with offices, without the restaurant density you'd find a few stops away in Kwun Tong. This is a fast-lunch counter, not a destination trip: small seating, quick turnover, office workers in and out.
