Amazing French-style food in wanchai. Complimentary bread (free refills) with an amazing herby butter sauce. Beef tartare was delicious. Ordered two duck confit burgers for our mains. Buns were beautifully toasted, didn’t crumble or go soggy. Generous amount of meat and fries as well. Amazing service from all staff, very friendly and attentive

Unbelievably great! Staff ( shout out to Norma!) were so attentive and on point. Best duck we’ve ever had - cut like butter and totally delicious! The clams - oh my god! Even the bread with tarragon butter….i will be thinking about that forever! Isles flotant, my fav French desert - perfectly executed with a passion fruit and hazelnut roping and the meringue islands had a fruit inside! Cannot wait to come back!

Deluxe dining experience, 10/10 environment, services and food. The food we had was perfect for 2, and I'll highly recommend the grilled chicken dish and the tomato pastry starter. A place worth revisit!

I was absolutely thrilled to treat my friend visiting Hong Kong to a spectacular weekend brunch and a fantastic wine pairing. The moment we stepped into the brasserie, we were instantly captivated by the warm hospitality of the staff and the cozy, elegant interior. The Beef tartare was a masterpiece- every ingredient came together so beautifully that we scraped the plate clean. The Cured striped jack was incredibly fresh and perfectly aged, bursting with rich umami flavors. When the main course, Grilled half yellow chicken with jus, was placed on our table, we literally gasped, it was very tender and flawlessly executed that it easily rivals any Michelin starred restaurant in France that I have visited. To finish, the Starwberry and rasberry sorbet along with the Tarte Tatin provided the most perfect exclamation point to our meal. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the sommelier for his profound knowledge and wonderful wine recommendations. Also a special thanks to the servers, whose thoughtful pacing - always checking back how we enjoyed each course and asking if we preferred a leisurely pause before the next- prompted me to leave this heartfelt, detailed review. This restaurant is without a doubt, the only place that successfully transported me back to my extensive culinary journey through the South of France few years back. I will definitely be back.
