Argentine steak, charcoal grilled, on Second Street
The chimichurri does more work here than the potatoes ever could. Don Pedro runs its beef over a charcoal parrilla, skipping the cream-sauce defaults of a French or American steakhouse for grilled vegetables and that green sauce instead.
Sai Ying Pun's steep grid has quietly turned into one of Hong Kong's denser dining strips over the past decade, and Don Pedro adds another address to the Second and Third Street run. The room's built for groups, with the grill visible from most tables.

Great service. I think best Argentinian restaurant in town as of today… Steak was really good. Chorizo is a must. Chimichurri es real. Terrina something to try. Wine and more wine. Mamu and Tushar will keep the glass full. We enjoyed the playlist (as Mexicans)

Honestly, I could eat 10 plates of the Tomato Salad. Marinated tomatoes with Salsa Golf, pickled shallots, parmesan, and chives—it’s a total flavor bomb💣 The Patatas Bravas are hands down some of the best I’ve ever had. Fried in beef tallow (牛脂), they have an insanely crunchy shell and a pillowy soft inside. Pair them with the flawless 340g Boneless Ribeye ($328) with chimichurri or peppercorn cream sauce. To finish, dipping cinnamon-sugar Churros into freshly churned Gelato spiked with Scotch whisky is pure heaven

This place is RIDICULOUS, we ate sooo much food on our girls night we could barely walk after. And literally every dish was 10/10 (including the ones added additionally by Chef Tim). Highly recommend booking Chef’s Table for some extra entertainment and tasters. We’ll be back (after we finish digesting the 5000 kcal/person meal). Thank you! The Malbec also was great

Phenomenal! Finally a perfect steakhouse in Hong Kong. Ambiance, service, food. Top notch. Ingredients are extremely good. Recipes and details are very well thought. Chef is clearly very experienced and has done a great job. No need to think twice, just come and enjoy a perfect steak. And without getting scammed by the prices 😉 Hope they keep this price/performance!

I was there last night, tremendous vibes and food and service. Suddenly it's one of favorite joints in HK now and will definitely be back. Their steaks are delicious and the potatoes was amazing!
