Skip the shared banchan-and-grill format. Han Dining plates its modern Korean menu dish by dish, with braises and grilled proteins handled the way a Seoul tasting-menu kitchen would treat them, not a galbi joint.

It sits on Level 11 of Langham Place, whose upper floors have traded mid-market chains for chef-driven restaurants over the past few years. Han Dining landed there as part of a wider wave of Korean openings across Kowloon in early 2026.
