Counter pasta on Gough Street, dough made fresh every morning

There's no fixed menu here. Dough gets rolled fresh every morning, and the sauces follow whatever produce the kitchen picked up that week instead of the usual red-sauce lineup. It worked well enough that the same team opened a sister bakery, The Spoon Focaccia, on nearby Graham Street the following July.

Gough Street turned into one of Central's more experimental food streets through 2026, and this place got there early, ahead of Butter Babe, DIECI and the other newer spots on the block. Seating is just counter stools, so you watch your bowl get plated a few feet away.

The place is really cute with pretty details and a good vibe. I had the wagyu bolognese with coconut cream and the pickled water melon. The pasta was rather oily I couldn’t really tell there is coconut cream in, was really missing in some depth for my expectation. The pickled watermelon unfortunately taste like watermelon turned bad and gets sour. Is maybe just not my thing.

The appetiser is refreshing and special. I wouldn’t have imagined that marinated watermelon would pair so well with cheese and spicy oil. The pasta is fine, but the coconut sauce is a bit greasy and doesn’t have much flavour⋯feels like it isn’t seasoned enough. Dessert is great! I especially love the little coconut bites inside the gelato. It’s definitely worth a visit during Restaurant Week~

Reservation is a must!! Hand made spaghetti and the Italian breads was yum, nice staffs with decent introductions on each dishes!

I went in with high hopes based on a friend's recommendation, and while I appreciated the creative menu selection, the execution was inconsistent. The crab meat pasta was overcooked and lacked the expected al dente texture, though the other seafood pasta was much better, featuring well-grilled tomatoes and fresh ingredients. Most dishes would have benefited from more seasoning, as I found myself wanting salt and pepper throughout the meal. It is a decent spot, but given the experience, I likely won’t be returning.

Love the creativity and fusion approach of this pasta bar. It's truly refreshing! The watermelon stracciatella was delicious, especially if you like this type of cheese. The wagyu bolognese pappardelle with curry coconut cream exciting and more fun than the traditional tomato sauce (even though I love that, too). The pandan ice cream with tiny bits of crunchy coconut was original. I want to go back to try the other items on their menu. Service was friendly and efficient. I finished my meal in 40 minutes, which was perfect for me!
