Marola is the pool bar and grill at The St. Regis Cap Cana, built for people moving between the pool and the beach rather than settling in for a long lunch. Think grilled fish and sandwiches you can eat standing up.

You don't need a day pass to eat here, the resort lets outside diners in, though the pool itself stays for guests only. Lunch is the busy stretch; things quiet down by late afternoon as the sit-down restaurants take over for dinner.
