Pippas pitches itself as a spot to eat, create and share. It sits next door to Universidad Iberoamericana. It quickly pulled in a younger, university crowd with its Mediterranean menu and matching cocktail program.

It runs a full dinner service late into the night, unlike a lot of university-area restaurants that close early. Reservations go through direct message or WhatsApp rather than a formal system.
