Real French cooking, finally, in Cuenca

Cuenca had exactly two places doing proper French food before this, and both were hotel dining rooms. Loira broke that streak, and the local food press showed up on opening night to say so.

It sits outside the centre, which keeps the bill reasonable for what's on the plate. Book ahead on weekends, tables go fast.
