Kuthu skips the twenty-flavor board and puts all its effort into one thing: soft serve from 100% organic milk sourced on the islands. That focus is the whole pitch.

It only opens Tuesday to Sunday, 4 to 9pm, and the narrow window feels deliberate rather than limiting. Watch for collabs with other small island food projects, like a kefir-and-blackberry gelato swap, proof this counter would rather experiment than scale.
