The speakeasy behind Quito's first Cocktail Week
Find the unmarked door near La Niña, follow the entry ritual, and you're in. The cocktail list treats mixing as interpretive cooking, not just pouring, and the bartenders trained through the in-house Andes Bar Academy know how to talk you through it.
This is the bar that pushed Quito into running its first Cocktail Week in 2026. Doors open at 6pm on weekdays, 7pm Saturdays, and reservations are worth making.

The cocktails were good and the atmosphere nice too, but it felt they are trying really hard to be cool when that's not the case. I guess the worst part was the staff who was kind of rude and even bossy telling us where to put the glasses for example in an uneasy way, very awkward 😅. I wouldn't come back again.

It seems the only place with very well balanced cocktails. 5 Stars drinks. The place was quite good in every way food and service as well; we left happy with the experience.
