The coffee bar producing Ecuador's champion baristas

Martín Guayasamín has won most of the trophies on the shelf, and the family keeps turning out national barista champions. In 2025 the shop landed twenty-first on South America's list of the hundred best coffee shops.

They roast their own beans and still enter competitions, and you can taste the difference in the cup. The counter is small, so service moves fast.
