South Quito's answer to the north's coffee snobs

For a decade, specialty coffee in Quito has stayed north, leaving the south with almost nothing worth drinking. Ramón is one of the few counters pushing back, pouring the kind of cup this half of the city never had.

It's named after Ramón Ezequiel, and built on the founders' love of the mountains. Come for the coffee, stay for proof the north doesn't have a monopoly.
