The rooftop that gave Salinas a sunset cocktail scene

Free snacks come with every round here, which is reason enough to linger on the rooftop as the sun drops over the malecón. Cocktails, sangria and wine are the move, and the corner spot at Calle Las Palmeras has pulled Salinas into the rooftop-bar era.

It only opens Thursday through Saturday, evening into early morning, so plan around that. Go early for a table with the view before it fills in.
