La Vinosphère works two ways: a cave to grab bottles for later, and a bar to drink right there. Everything on the list is natural, organic or biodynamic, from a 13-euro Ardèche vin de France up to a 360-euro grand cru.
Versailles has no shortage of classic wine bars, but a list built entirely around low-intervention winemaking, standard in Paris for years, was hard to find here before this opened. It's on rue Philippe-de-Dangeau, the same street as Cool Beans, just off the Notre-Dame market.

Absolutely loved this place! The owner was incredibly kind and took the time to explain both the menu and wines to us in such a thoughtful and detailed way, which really helped 😊 The atmosphere was beautiful, cosy, elegant, and still very welcoming at the same time. It feels like the perfect spot whether you’re coming with friends or on a date. I was honestly quite drained from work today, but spending time here really helped me recharge. Thank you for such a lovely experience ❤️

We booked Vinosphere after reading the reviews online. So glad we did because it was fabulous. The lovely owner Alain had excellent knowledge of wines. We told him our preferences and each wine he chose for us was perfect! We ordered a mixed board of cheese and meats which complemented our wines…and I won’t even start on the bread! Thank you Alain for opening up our world of wine and for your delightful wine bar. Our only regret is that we have to head back home but we have you on our ‘return to’ list. It was a pleasure to meet you and experience your Vinosphere.

A wonderful wine bar in Versailles! We stopped here for an orange wine and the proprietor was kind, knowledgeable, and very gracious. Can’t recommend this place enough - amazing vibes
