The three-course dinner buffet was absolutely fantastic and received high praise from our guests. We visited Carymel in Nuremberg for the first time today and were very impressed. The food was excellent. Freshly prepared, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. We ate at Carymel today – and honestly, 5 stars aren't enough. We had Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) and roast pork, and both were absolutely outstanding. The Käsespätzle were perfectly seasoned, wonderfully creamy, and had just the right amount of spice – simply divine. The roast pork was incredibly tender, juicy, and came with a wonderfully rich, homemade gravy, just as you'd want it. But what truly elevates the experience is the service: attentive, friendly, warm, and utterly professional. You feel welcome and in excellent hands from the very first moment. You can immediately tell that everyone here works with passion – both in the kitchen and in the dining room. A definite recommendation – we'll definitely be back!
