A pleasant restaurant with a beautiful view. We visited Blu Restaurant for lunch and had a very enjoyable experience. The view is beautiful during the day, creating a relaxing atmosphere while dining. We ordered the Greek Salad, Tuna Tataki with a couscous bowl, and a cocktail. The food was fresh, well presented, and everything tasted good. While the dishes were enjoyable, they didn't particularly stand out or leave a lasting impression. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly throughout our visit. Overall, Blu is a nice place to enjoy a good meal with a beautiful view in Santorini. I would recommend it if you're looking for a relaxed lunch in a lovely setting.

One of the best meals of our lives, and worth every euro. BLU sits on Malteza Square in Imerovigli, the highest point on the Santorini caldera, and the setting is extraordinary. We had a beautiful sunset and a wonderfully located table to take it in. The food more than matched the view: incredible, start to finish. Filippos and Iosif looked after us superbly and were genuinely kind to our three children, which we appreciated more than they know. It is expensive, but you get exactly what you pay for. Here's the best endorsement I can give it: my wife researched this restaurant, and for the first time in my life we booked the dinner first and then found somewhere to stay around it. Normally you find the hotel and then find dinner. We did it backwards for BLU, and it absolutely did not let us down.

We went here to celebrate our anniversary last night and it was perfection!!! From the service and atmosphere to everything we ate! If you are looking for a fine dining experience this is your place!!! Our daughter got the half chicken, I got grilled lobster, and my husband got the lobster pasta! All of it was so fresh and delicious tasting. The restaurant was so clean and they even offered scarves once the sunset since it got a little chilly. The staff were above and beyond friendly and amazing as well. I would definitely go back for any special occasion.

We had a lovely meal at blu in June. In the outdoor terrace. It was chilly after the sun goes down but they provide blankets. We booked two months in advance. The food was the best we had in Santorini. Fantastic flavours. We are steak snobs and this was of a very high standard. Recommend the spicy cheese dip, octopus and prawn cacio e Pepe. Our favourite was melting sun. Our waiters were Filipos and Kostis. They were friendly, happy to offer advice and always ready to take your picture.

This restaurant should easily be a Michelin star! The atmosphere was fantastic, the presentation was spot-on, and the food was absolutely incredible—no joke. My fiancé and I each ordered something different to try, and they all exceeded our expectations. I’m from Texas, and I’ve had my fair share of steak and chicken, but that chicken was definitely the best I’ve ever had. The steak was also delicious. My fiancé was initially hesitant about the octopus because he hadn’t tried it before, but he was completely blown away. We also went back for another dinner, and the food was still consistently amazing. The staff were fantastic once again.
