Sandblu's seafood table, facing open water instead of the caldera crowds

Skip the sunset scrum in Oia. This one looks out over open water from Kamari, at the foot of Ancient Thira, and lets the daily catch do the talking: blue crab, octopus, sea bream, plus sourdough baked on site.

Chefs Thymios Kolas and Panagiotis Boufis, also behind Blu in Imerovigli, rework Greek dishes rather than serve them straight. There's a kids' menu too, but this is built to be a destination on its own, not just the Sandblu dining room.
