HATS opened on Jl. Iskandarsyah I No. 9 in Melawai in October 2024, a dual-concept venue that runs a sorbet parlor at street level, serving alcohol-free versions of classic cocktails, while a hidden bar behind it runs a full 'Shades of Red' cocktail menu for guests who find the door. The split lets the same address serve a daytime family crowd and a late-night bar crowd without either format showing through the other.

The concept plays on the speakeasy format that has become common across Kebayoran Baru, but HATS pushes the contrast further than most, building an entire second business as the cover story rather than just a plain door.
