House-made cheese and bread, plus a kids' play area
Capito's second branch, on Kunayev Street, is the one to pick if you're bringing the whole family. The cheese is made in house, the coffee is brewed in house and the bread comes from their own ovens, with a menu broad enough that nobody at the table has to compromise.
A staffed play area with animators means this isn't just a coffee stop for parents while kids get bored. It's a genuine outing, and the bigger footprint here gives it room the original location never had.

At first, I almost skipped this place because I noticed it didn’t have many reviews, but I decided to give it a chance — and I’m glad I did. The space is huge, beautifully designed, and has a really fun vibe. I especially loved the cute dolls sitting at each table — such a small detail, but it gives the place a unique personality. The food was genuinely good. The pizza and dessert were delicious, and my burger, served inside a Neapolitan-style bread, was probably the highlight for me — creative, different, and really tasty. Unfortunately, the service needs serious improvement. The food took way too long to arrive, and the staff seemed quite inattentive and disorganized throughout our visit. With better and more attentive service, this place could easily be much better. Overall, a cool hidden find with great food, a fun atmosphere, and lots of potential. Definitely worth giving it a chance.

This was my favorite café during my trip to Almaty. We came across it by chance while exploring the city and decided to stop by for some tea and a light meal. I honestly didn’t expect to love it this much. The food was delicious, and the signature tea was absolutely amazing. I visited twice during my trip and tried a different signature tea each time, and both were outstanding. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. This place became one of the highlights of my trip, and I would definitely come back the next time I visit Almaty. Highly recommended!

The atmosphere inside is fantastic, featuring a great vibe and a comfortable setup. The service was good, with menu and pictures on the iPad. Unfortunately, the food was quite average. Most of the dishes we ordered lacked a distinct flavor. But the pizza was the best part, featuring nicely baked dough.

Cute interior. Outside seat is so chill. Napoleon cake is very delicious. American coffee is good. Reasonable price
