No cutoff, no judgment. Iva Bistro keeps breakfast running all day, so a 4pm start is just as normal as a 9am one. The room leans into Almaty's own architecture and history instead of copying some foreign cafe look, and the result is bright and open rather than themed.

It's a short walk from Dostyk Plaza, which makes it the easy stop when your morning starts in the afternoon.
