Baursak with black caviar and a floor show to match
Zira bills itself as an eastern gastro theatre, and the kitchen backs it up. The signature move is baursak reworked with an airy mousse, kaymak and black caviar, a world away from the plain version you know.
Even the Greek salad gets two treatments: one classic with homemade feta and kalamata olives, another rebuilt around a feta-accented cheese mousse. Dance shows and touring performers run through the evening.
