I recently had the pleasure of going to Splash Rooftop, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was top-notch. The food was absolutely delicious, every bite was a burst of flavor, and the presentation was impeccable. It’s clear that the chefs take great pride in their craft, and it definitely shows on the plate. A special shoutout to Deborah, the intern who served me. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure i had a great experience. Her enthusiasm and professionalism were truly impressive, especially for someone still learning the ropes. I also couldn’t help but notice the manager, who was actively involved in ensuring everything ran smoothly. He wasn’t just overseeing; he was right there with the team, helping with heavy lifting and even personally carrying a table to accommodate two guests who needed extra space. That small gesture spoke volumes about his dedication to customer satisfaction and his leadership style. It was heartwarming to see how much it meant to those guests, and it really added to the overall positive vibe of the place. The entire team seemed energized and eager to serve, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s rare to see such a cohesive and motivated group, and it’s a testament to the management and culture at Splash Rooftop. Great atmosphere one of the best in Blantyre. Some good foods eg pastas, burgers, sandwiches and pizzas are good. Mongolian Stir Fry was not good, not a stir fry and beef was super dry. The service was more than slow and extremely frustrating. They need more speed and better attitudes; it all felt like what we were asking was too much hard which was a shame as it really impacted negatively on the tip we wanted to leave.

They make the most amazing Pizzas, the service is good and they have friendly staff the only thing I didn't like was that it took them ages to bring me my bill 30 minutes or so yet I requested it right after I was done eating.
