Proper Mexican behind a quiet medina door

There's no sign, just an unmarked door in Bab Doukkala. Push through and you land in a room of wood and sand tones that opens onto a roof terrace full of cacti. The kitchen presses its own tortillas and makes its own sauces, cooked slow, so nothing here reads as Tex-Mex.

Stick to tacos, ceviche and quesadillas, then finish with the Churros de la Casa.
