Jean-François Piège's table, inside a Jacques Garcia hotel

French technique meets Moroccan produce at SABO, the restaurant Jean-François Piège runs for the Selman, five kilometres out on the Amizmiz road. Dinner only, from 7pm, Tuesday to Sunday.

The hotel's Arabian horses live in stables just off the terrace, and Jacques Garcia's interiors make the whole place feel like a stage set. Worth the taxi if you're after the food over the scene in Guéliz.
