Middle Eastern plates, then a speakeasy past the kitchen
Omar and Simo's kitchen on Avenue Mohammed V pairs Middle Eastern cooking with Moroccan produce, run by J.M. Torres and Abdel Alaoui, who cooked at Choukran in Paris and La Pergola at Riad Monceau.
Stick around past 11pm and, if the staff like your look, they'll walk you through the kitchen into the speakeasy behind it. The ceiling is wrapped entirely in rope. Order the signature: oregano vinegar, passion fruit, gin, citrus and ginger beer. Book ahead.

Think I may have found my new favourite restaurant not just in Morocco but maybe in all the countries I have visited. Everything is just perfect. The aubergine salad is worth returning for alone. Everything is aesthically beautiful and the food amazing.

Amazing. Such a lovely, secluded spot hidden behind lush greenery in the middle of Gueliz. Very attentive and welcoming staff that pampered us right from the moment we entered. The food was a delight and the tapas style menu gave us so many different and delicious experiences. Not to forget: the design of the restaurant is so stylish but at the same time very homely and cosy. When in Marrakesh, a definite go to! Highly recommend.

Our experience at Mizaan was, without exaggeration, the highlight of our trip to Marrakech. We came for dinner on our first night and enjoyed it so much that we returned for lunch on our last day. Everything was exceptional: the food, the service, and the atmosphere. The space has a very clean, calm, design that makes it feel both elegant and relaxing. The service was truly outstanding, extremely attentive, detail-oriented, and impressively fast without ever feeling rushed. The food itself was incredible across the board, and what makes it even better is the value for money. For the level of quality you get, the prices are more than reasonable, which is rare compared to many places in Marrakech. A special mention has to go to the chocolate dessert, it’s genuinely one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Huge compliments to the team and management. This place is an absolute must if you’re visiting Marrakech.

What a place! I dont even know where to begin with. Such delicious food. Such amazing service from the staff. And what drinks do they have, mama mia!! Situated in the new part of town on the main boulevard, hidden behind the fancy curtains, this place cuts you off from the rest of the city, even for a bit. Prices are not expensive for what you get. Come to my country, watch yourself get ripped off for a couple of dishes. Kudos to the whole staff and the owner, who I personally had the pleasure to congratulate 🎊 Its a must experience guys!
