The broth is the point: a rich chicken base built for slurping, not sipping. This is the Den Bosch outpost of a Tokyo chain that has been ladling ramen for decades, and the whole menu here is halal.

Order more than the bowl. Takoyaki, karaage and gyoza cover the counter-food side, the kind of thing you'd eat standing up in Japan. It sits a minute from the platforms on Stationsplein and stays open properly late, one of few in the centre still serving.
