Lervig Local is the taproom of Lervig, the Stavanger brewery that grew into one of Norway's best known craft names. The bar pours the full range fresh, from everyday lagers to barrel aged and experimental batches.

The room sits in the old industrial east side of the city, close to where the beer is actually brewed. This is where to drink Lervig at its freshest.

Great spot outside of 'touristy' Stavanger. Worth the walk over. Very popular on a Saturday afternoon - indoor and outside seating. Order at the bar - staff were very helpful in beer selection. Food was delicious. Fun atmosphere!

Burger was really good and the beers are quite unusual but tasty! Only marked them down because my order was simple but still came out wrong (only wanted cheddar cheese and bacon on it, but it also had some pickled onion/pepper/mayo mix, as well that had to be scraped off). Just a little frustrating that such a simple thing was overlooked. Thankfully, I don't have food allergies to those things, but if I did, it would have been worse. But the burger with the beef and sausage mixed patty was very delicious! Still recommend this place as my one issue wasn't a major problem, but more of an annoyance, that's all.

This place is great! A nice local brew house to hang out with friends or family. The staff is very nice and professional and the food is fast. They have plenty of beer and wine to choose from and...definitely something for everyone.

Beers/drinks are top notch - it would be quite an achievement _not_ to find something you like in their rich menu! 🤩 Next, you can buy good "pub meals" at what is a very nice price compared to what you usually pay for similar meals in Norway. The added bonus is that visiting Lervig Local provides the closest thing to a community pub atmosphere (if there is such a thing) I have ever experienced in Norway. My example, after 2 visits over the same weekend, is visitors from friend groups, co-workers, couples on a date, families with toddlers, a group of cyclists, a paint'n'sip group, a pre-birthday party group in dresses and suits, etc. It's a wonderful place to visit - if you like that diversity! 😃 Will be back every time I visit Stavanger!

An amazing place. I would move to Stavanger only for such place. Selection of fantastic 21 beers from the tap and countless in cans. Heavenly good food. Staff organise the tasting in unbelievable place.
