Cusco's cocktail bar for people over pisco sours

Skip the tour-group pisco sour. Garibaldi is Cusco's first bar doing experimental cocktails, with a list that changes by season and uses every part of an ingredient: kion, pastes made from native chillies, herbs grown at altitude.

The room is small, and Luis Sarmiento often works it himself. Ask him what's in your glass, he'll tell you, and that's half the reason to come.
