Small Japanese room, A5 sukiyaki, a real sake list

Skip the hotel-scale Japanese spots. This one seats a handful of people around a counter built for sushi and an A5 Wagyu sukiyaki, with a sake list that was actually chosen, not just whatever the importer had lying around.

The counter is the seat to ask for. Get them to pair the sake with the sukiyaki course by course instead of guessing your way through the list. A few doors down from Bronte and Tadhana in the Levanto Building.
