Diva is the lifestyle dining spot at Constance Lemuria, sitting next to the resort's golf club and designed by French interior designer Marc Hertrich. The kitchen runs Mediterranean, built on local ingredients with a Creole undercurrent, but it's the wine list that keeps earning Diva a spot on Star Wine List's yearly awards, most recently for 2026.

Nobody's pinned down an exact opening date, which makes sense for a restaurant that grew inside a resort operating since 1999 rather than launching in one go. What is on record is the current setup: a golf menu by day, a wine list running past 50 pages by night, and a reputation among Praslin's wine drinkers as the one table worth the resort prices.
