Corail opened in 2025 as the newest addition to Constance Lemuria's lineup of seven restaurants, pairing French technique with Japanese plating. A roundup of Seychelles' best new restaurants that year placed Corail alongside newcomers like Lakaz Lavant in Victoria, singling out the fusion menu as one of Praslin's more interesting kitchen shifts.
Lemuria has occupied Anse Kerlan since December 1999 and runs the only 18-hole golf course in Seychelles, so most diners here are already staying on-site. Still, it's one of the few new tasting menus on an island where most restaurants have served the same Creole classics for a decade or more.
Good to know
- Book through the resort even as a non-guest, Lemuria's restaurants take outside diners but tables go fast in high season.
