Sunset, cocktails and an infinity pool over the bay

Cádiz never had a waterfront spot like this until Calachica landed at Punta San Felipe, where the old fishing port meets the bay. There's an infinity pool, a terrace lined up for sunset behind the bridge and drinks that run late.

The kitchen sticks to Mediterranean cooking with local product, but this crowd comes for the pool and the DJ sets more than a sit down meal. Go early for the light on the water, later for the terrace that keeps going past midnight.
