An old barbershop pouring Jerez and jamón

The barber's chairs are gone, but the name stayed, and so did the room's old bones on Plaza San Francisco, right next to the century old La Parisien. Order at the bar: jamón, chicharrones, payoyo cheese from the Sierra, and a wine list built around Jerez.

There's barely room to sit, which is the point. Come at night when the plaza fills up and grab one of the outside tables before they're gone.
