Vermouth on the terrace, the Onyar right below your feet
River Girona took over the old River Café spot on Carrer de la Barca, right below the Sant Feliu basilica, and kept the one thing worth keeping: that terrace. It runs all day as a vermuteria, bistro and cafe in one, so vermouth, coffee and full meals all come from the same kitchen without a break.
Grab a table a few steps from the Eiffel bridge for one of the best river views in the Barri Vell. Live music nights are still a regular fixture here, same as under the old name.

Me and my family had an amazing experience in here! Traveling for tourism, we suddenly found this incredible restaurant/bar during a concert. Food here is delicious and so the drinks too, with a very fair price (abt 11€ p/p)

Really unhelpful with gluten free options. Only offered grilled meats and salads (most of which the key ingredient would have to be removed in order for it to be made gluten free). Disappointing as I’d seen the previous owners offered a lot of gluten free options and it wasn’t considered to carry that over. It is in a nice spot though sitting under the steps to the basilica.
