Candlelit natural wine bar with 72 hour sourdough pizzas

The pizza dough ferments for 72 hours, and it shows. Murmur pairs those sourdough pies and small sharing plates against a short list of natural and low intervention wines, in a room lit low enough to feel like a secret.

Seating is limited, so a full house on a weekend means standing by the bar. Skip the booking apps: dinner reservations run through WhatsApp instead.

Incredible wine bar in the old town that had a special night serving up some delicious long fermented pizza’s, we tried all 3 pizzas on offer for that night, flavours on all of them unique, very yummy and they all hit the spot. The wine selection is top shelf. Vibes and service were fantastic. Well done guys 👌🏻❤️

Enjoyed a great evening at Murmur. Relaxing place, nice range of tasteful tapas, alongside some interesting wines by the glass. Just what we were hoping for on our first few nights in Spain and our first visit to Girona. And great, friendly service too.

Absolutely love this gem of a restaurant in the Barri Vell. The food is always top notch, there’s a great wine selection, and the staff are patient with my “spanglish.” 😅 The sensor for the sliding door is slow, so don’t fret that they are closed, just step closer.
