Farm-roasted coffee and natural wine on Södra Kyrkogatan
Martin Hultman and Emma Ahlström opened this Visby room in spring 2025, bringing their farm near Fårösund, running since 2014, into the center of town. The fifty-seat space serves the coffee they roast themselves, sold by the cup or by the bag, alongside a wine list of local and international bottles.
The couple left Malmö for Gotland in 2013 to escape office jobs and commuting. Prima Rosteri & Vinbar is their first project away from the farm, where they still run a bakery and restaurant.

Top place with super good food and good service! We had the dried pork and the Caesar salad. A little minus because the portions were small but otherwise so so good! Dog friendly :)

Super happy with the dinner, service and the environment! It's always fun to try a new place that really delivers. In my opinion, the puree was a bit too loose, but otherwise everything was great. Extra plus for a place open all year round!

A cozy place with lit candles, calm and with nice music in the background like this at lunchtime and in winter. A slow-baked lamb that is among the best I've eaten and with fantastic side dishes. If you want to eat lamb, go here!

In the middle of dear Visby is Prima Rosteri & Vinbar. We who arrived on Thursday 4/12. Had a lovely visit in a cozy, friendly atmosphere. Very good service from the staff. So friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is very cozy and loving. Close to Stortorget and shops around. The prices are a bit high. But overall they are worth buying and feeling a warm caring staff. - Few seats and crowded.

Excellent lunch spot in old Visby. Roasts their own coffee, a real super experience. Try also their assortment of natural wines.
