Had a 3 night staycation here to rest/recover and celebrate a BD. I was keen to try Aman since I visited Nai Lert park last year. I was not disappointed, Aman Nai Lert delivers on all areas, beautiful premises, amazing service and huge rooms with all amenities you can ask for. Highly recommended. Pool, Gym, Spa and relax area are beautiful and everything runs smoothly, efficient and plenty of staff keen to help with anything you might need. As beautiful as the premises , interior and details is what stands out is the level of service and quality in everything. They really make you feel comfortable and a valued guest here. I actually like the city location. Relaxing in the spa’s hot tub looking out the window seeing the skytrain passing by and the backdrop of central Bangkok’s skyscrapers is for a lack of a better word “cool”

My stay at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok exceeded every expectation. I chose to celebrate my birthday here, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences I’ve ever had. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. Every staff member made me feel genuinely welcome, remembered my name throughout my stay, and my room was always impeccably prepared whenever I returned. These thoughtful touches made the experience feel warm, personal, and truly exceptional. I also loved the guided tour of the historic Nai Lert House. The beautiful gardens provided a peaceful escape and added so much character to the property. Breakfast was outstanding, especially the Thai dishes. As someone who appreciates Japanese tea, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent Kyoto matcha—it was far beyond my expectations. A special thank you to the team at the 19th-floor bar. Their kindness and attentiveness made the evening even more enjoyable. They continuously offered snacks and looked after us with genuine warmth, despite us ordering only a few drinks. Every detail reflected the spirit of true luxury hospitality. I cannot recommend Aman Nai Lert Bangkok highly enough, and I look forward to returning.

Beautiful hotel. The design language is genuinely impressive, and it achieves something rare for Bangkok: real stillness in the middle of the city. The staff I dealt with were professional, warm, and unmistakably Aman in the best sense. I’d been weighing it for my next Bangkok stay, so as a returning Aman guest I asked to see a room. I was told it wasn’t possible because the hotel was at full capacity, yet every room for that same night was openly bookable online. Being turned away on a reason I could disprove from my phone isn’t the service promise Aman is so proud of, or that it charges a premium to deliver. Left me feeling a little betrayed.

Hands down one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we landed in Bangkok, everything felt effortless. We were personally greeted right after disembarking and seamlessly escorted through the airport—easily the smoothest BKK arrival my partner and I have ever experienced. Once outside, a complimentary car service was already waiting for us, and our driver was incredibly kind and welcoming. Upon arriving at the property, we were greeted with a beautiful welcome ceremony that immediately set the tone for our stay. We stayed for four nights and truly wished we could have stayed longer. Every detail—from the spa to the dining to the concierge—was exceptional. The level of service and attention to detail was consistently outstanding, and we will absolutely be returning the next time we’re in Bangkok. A very special thank you to the Aman Bangkok team for helping create such an unforgettable moment. My now fiancé had been coordinating with them for months to plan a surprise proposal on our second day—and somehow, the team kept everything completely under wraps. We were so impressed that no one let anything slip! After the proposal, it felt like the entire hotel was in on the celebration, with staff warmly congratulating us throughout the rest of our stay. It was such a thoughtful and genuinely special touch. What truly stood out was their care during an unexpected moment—toward the end of our stay, we both fell ill, and the team went above and beyond to take care of us. They prepared soup, arranged for a doctor to come directly to our room, and even surprised us with a handwritten “get well soon” card. It meant so much to us and really speaks to the level of hospitality they provide. This hotel will always hold a very special place in our hearts 🥰
