Hyatt's looser luxury play, steps from the Ritz-Carlton

Andaz's Bangkok debut sits inside the One Bangkok complex on Wireless Road, a short walk from the Ritz-Carlton next door. The 244 rooms lean into Thai mid-century design by Bangkok studio PIA, with local art threading through the public floors and events aimed as much at Bangkok locals as at guests.

Rooms opened just before Christmas 2025, with the full launch, artists and performers included, landing in spring 2026. It plays looser than its neighbor, and the rates prove it: noticeably cheaper for basically the same view over Lumphini Park.

We had a wonderful stay at Andaz One Bangkok. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its direct access to One Bangkok through an internal entrance, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The spacious swimming pool was another highlight, providing the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. Breakfast was exceptional, with an outstanding selection of high-quality dishes and impeccable service. We would especially like to thank Vee, Louis, Bombin, Golffy, Bank, and Tony for their warm hospitality, genuine kindness, and attentive service. They truly made our stay memorable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Andaz One Bangkok to anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly hotel in Bangkok. We look forward to returning on our next visit.

Hotel is really nice, modern, clean and fancy. It’s connected to a whole series of malls which makes it incredibly convenient. We also love the Happy Hour from 5-6pm where they have complimentary alcohol and canapés. View from our room was just amazing too! Service is genuinely outstanding; the staff are warm, attentive, and clearly communicate well with each other as they seemed to know our situation without us having to repeat ourselves each time. The only downside was the air conditioning. Even when set to 18°C, the room never went below 20.5°C, and the fan speed was too low to compensate. We ended up using a fan for our whole stay. The team was extremely apologetic and did their best to make us comfortable throughout, which we really appreciated but it’s worth flagging for those who run warm. Other than that, everything about this hotel was wonderful and we’d still recommend it!

ONLY downside to this place is it takes a long time to get from your room down to the street level, BUT that is our only complaint. We have never had this level of service. Only place that comes close is the Andaz in Bali. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our family was happy and taken care of from the first moment we stepped on site to when we left. Special thank you to Tony who was always around with a friendly smile and helped us multiple times. The pool is a must visit! Love that it is attached to a mall so you don't even have to go outside if it's raining or the heat of the day. Blackout curtains are truly blackout! Don't miss out on their sunset hour drinks and snacks.

Staying at Andaz was truly a wonderful experience, the hotel offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. From the stylish room decor to the attentive staff, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable stay. I especially appreciated Mr. Golffy, Tony Champ from the concierge, his attentive, friendly, and helpful attitude truly made a difference. Thank you for making my stay so special! Besides, the room at Andaz offers a stunning view, and you might even have the chance to see the Asian Water Monitor (water lizard 🦎) — a unique and exciting sight that adds a special touch to the stay.
