Nysa Bangkok Sukhumvit 11: high quality hotel pool view

Nysa Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

★ 4.5 · 1,026 reviews Bangkok Opened March 2024

A five-star debut on the quiet end of Soi 11, with award-winning Thai food at Kwann

Sukhumvit Soi 11 packs more bars and clubs per metre than almost anywhere else in Bangkok. Nysa sits at the far, quiet end of it, a new build with a sun deck and pool pitched well above the party hotels near the mouth of the lane.

The real draw is Kwann, the in-house Thai restaurant that picked up awards in its first year and pulls in diners who never book a room. Walk far enough down the soi to skip the bass, close enough to still reach the bars.

Good to know

  • Kwann, the in-house Thai restaurant, is worth booking on its own merits.
  • The hotel sits at the quiet end where Soi 11 meets Soi 13, so you get walking distance to the nightlife without sleeping on top of it.

I usually stay at the larger international hotel brands when I travel, so booking a boutique hotel was a bit of a change for me. Nysa Hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, stylish, and incredibly peaceful. What surprised me most was how calm and relaxing it feels, despite being right in the middle of Bangkok. It's like stepping into a quiet oasis after being out in the city's hustle and bustle. The staff really made the stay special. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it made a huge difference - Thanks MingMing for your assistance!! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very well appointed. Everything feels fresh and well thought out, and the amenities are excellent. The food and drinks were another highlight, with a great selection and consistently high quality. This is one of those rare hotels where everything just comes together perfectly. I honestly couldn't fault it, and I'll definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Bangkok. Highly recommended.

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are spacious and really comfortable (smart tv for those lazy nights!), breakfast is tasty and quite varied. The staff working there are great, special thanks to Beam, Milky and Oliang for making my check-in process seamless, and just being the best! Pool is spotless and the gym is one of the better hotel gyms I've used.

Had a great stay at Nysa Hotel in Bangkok. The hotel was comfortable, stylish, and in a convenient location, but what stood out most was the excellent service. A special thank you to Miss Pria, who kindly upgraded our room during check-in. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more enjoyable. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Small acts of kindness like this make a big difference when travelling, and we’re very grateful for her help. Thank you, Miss Pria, for making our stay that little bit more special. We look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel has its own unique charm and offers a wonderful boutique hotel experience. The staff are warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages is its fantastic location. Situated in the Sukhumvit area, it is surrounded by great restaurants, lively Bangkok culture, shopping, convenience stores, and plenty of 7-Elevens, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and luxurious, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. The breakfast spread is decent rather than extravagant, but the coffee is excellent and definitely a highlight of the morning. If you're looking for a stylish stay with a great location, comfortable rooms, and exceptional hospitality, I would highly recommend this hotel. Staying in Sukhumvit is a great choice for experiencing the best of Bangkok, and this property makes for an excellent base to explore the city.

My boyfriend and I love staying at 5-star hotels, and since we wanted to explore the Sukhumvit area, we decided to stay here based on its excellent reviews—and it did not disappoint! The check-in experience was fantastic. A staff member named Erngwu was very friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to wait until 2 PM to check in and were able to go straight to our room. (It was probably because we visited during the low season, so the hotel wasn’t too busy.) The hotel facilities were great. The gym is spacious and well air-conditioned, the swimming pool is a nice size and not too deep, and the breakfast buffet offers plenty of delicious options. The room was large, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced 5-star hotel in Sukhumvit, close to restaurants and massage shops, we highly recommend this hotel!
