We had a wonderful stay at the new Dusit Thani Bangkok. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has a very elegant, modern feel while still keeping touches of traditional Thai character. The highlight for me was definitely the view. Looking out over Lumpini Park with the Bangkok skyline behind it was incredible, especially around sunset. 🌆✨ The floor-to-ceiling windows really make the view feel like part of the room and hotel experience. The lobby and common areas are beautifully designed, with lots of attention to detail. Everything feels fresh, sophisticated and luxurious without being too flashy. The location is also fantastic — right in the heart of Bangkok, with Lumpini Park directly in front and easy access to the city. The hotel reopened in 2024 as part of the new Dusit Central Park development. Overall, this is definitely one of the standout luxury hotels in Bangkok. If you love beautiful design, city views and a peaceful park outlook while still being in the centre of Bangkok, I would highly recommend it. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to help. They even prepared an anniversary cake for us, which was a lovely surprise. The cake and pastries were absolutely delicious. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Our room was clean, offered a beautiful view, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

I stayed at Dusit Thani Bangkok for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The reservation and concierge teams were responsive and incredibly helpful. They arranged our airport transfers and even escorted us at the airport upon both arrival and departure, making the journey seamless and stress-free. The hotel is beautifully designed, our room was spotless, and very comfortable. I especially loved the stunning view overlooking Lumpini Park. The lovely gifts of evening turndown service such as lip balm and pillow mist was practical, and the relaxing scents made the stay even more enjoyable. The dining experience exceeded my expectations. Breakfast at Pavilion was outstanding, with an excellent selection of food, while the atmosphere at the Club Lounge was both elegant and relaxing. The staff at both venues were attentive and efficient, always clearing tables promptly and ensuring that every guest's needs were well taken care of. I also booked a spa treatment at Devarana Wellness. The spa itself was tranquil and incredibly relaxing. A special thank you to Ms. Tina, whose massage was exceptional. She was highly skilled, warm, and professional—I was so relaxed that I even fell asleep during the treatment. Throughout our stay, every member of the hotel staff was friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. They were proactive in offering assistance and consistently delivered exceptional service. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way. From the thoughtful hospitality and luxurious facilities to the outstanding service, everything was memorable. I would gladly stay at Dusit Thani Bangkok again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

I recently stayed at Dusit Thani Bangkok for a staycation. As it’s still a relatively new hotel, everything feels fresh and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel looks beautiful, the materials and finishes feel premium, and the service throughout my stay was exactly what you’d expect from a true 5-star hotel. My only real criticism is the main check-in lobby. It’s surprisingly small, and I can imagine it becoming quite crowded during busy periods. I think this is one area that could definitely be improved. The breakfast was excellent. There was a huge variety of food, with plenty of choices for both Asian and Western tastes. The dining room itself feels a little compact, especially when the hotel is busy, but the quality and selection of the food more than make up for it. The Club Lounge was another highlight. It’s very spacious with beautiful 180-degree city views. Guests with Gold status or above can check in directly at the lounge, which is a great perk and helps avoid the congestion at the main lobby. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. Aside from the small check-in lobby, everything else met or exceeded my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A truly exceptional five-star hotel, beautifully designed with elegance and great attention to detail. The level of service was unlike anything I have experienced anywhere else in the world—every member of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. The attention to the smallest details, the spacious and well-equipped rooms, and the outstanding hospitality made this hotel stand out in every way. The views are simply breathtaking and offer a completely different side of Bangkok, perfect for anyone looking to escape the typical urban skyline. Despite the peaceful location, the city center is only about a 10-minute drive away. There’s also a shopping mall just a one-minute walk from the hotel, making it ideal for shopping lovers. Absolutely worth staying here—I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
