I had a wonderful stay at KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel has a stylish atmosphere, a comfortable environment, and excellent hospitality, making it a great choice for a stay in Bangkok. A special thank you to the entire crew team at Colette Bangkok Restaurant for their amazing service. They were warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, making every dining experience enjoyable and memorable. I would also like to give special recognition to Mr. Beer from the Front Office team, who was exceptionally helpful and very good at handling all my requests. He was professional, attentive, and always willing to assist, which made my stay much more comfortable. Overall, the service from the team was excellent, and I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you to everyone at KROMO Bangkok for making my stay a memorable one! I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.

The showers had a really cool feature for the head where it can even turn into mist. However the body towels smelled disgusting like someone used it already yet it was folded neatly like just cleaned. Smelled like nasty gym. Also for a 6500baht per day hotel the room is way too small. My 3000 baht hotel was way huger with in-unit laundry. The laundry service here is unfortunately very overpriced as expected as well. Also note 4000 baht deposit. I do appreciate the many charging ports of the hotel. Despite all this, I’d consider booking again if you have amex plat benefits and like the location. I wish the exterior was more flashy though. It completely loses looks wise to marriott marquis queen which is just a 5 min walk away and 7000 baht per night. Overall the staff were very respectful and fluent in english and professional. I loved that they offered to hold onto my luggage indefinitely after I checked out which helped me alot.

Easily one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. We spent four days here as a family and loved every bit of it. The infinity rooftop pool is stunning the views alone make it worth the stay. Rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast is a highlight it’s à la carte where you order from a menu, which we much preferred over a typical buffet. The gym is decent, though it could use a few more machines. Location-wise, it’s right on Sukhumvit Road so everything you need food, shopping, transport is within easy reach. If you’re visiting Bangkok with family, I’d highly recommend Kromo. We’ll definitely be staying here again

We had a wonderful stay at KROMO Bangkok, Curio Collection by Hilton. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities and a great atmosphere. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. A special thank you goes to the concierge team, especially Bank and Beer. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their local recommendations, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. The exceptional service, especially from Bank and Beer, truly sets this property apart. We look forward to staying here again!

I had an incredible stay at Kromo Hotel. A special mention goes to Puse, the cleaning staff member, whose housekeeping work was absolutely exceptional. One day I returned to my room while it was still being cleaned and got to witness firsthand the level of precision, care, and pride that goes into the job. The bed was always perfectly made, and there were so many thoughtful little touches; like an extra water bottle placed in the bathroom after noticing I had used one for brushing my teeth, or the way all my cables were neatly organized. It really showed attention to detail in the best way. Beyond that, the hotel itself is excellent. The breakfast is menu-based, which I love! It helps reduce waste while still offering plenty of choice, and the portions are very generous. The swimming pool is also beautiful, with a great view and comfortable loungers. The rooms are dark, quiet, and very well soundproofed, with soft-closing doors that make the whole place feel calm and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok. Five stars.
