Isaan grilling on a Kopa, up in EmSphere

The smoke does most of the work here. Chef Witchanu Prempuk cooks Isaan over a Kopa grill on the fifth floor of EmSphere, letting the char carry the meat instead of drowning it in sauce.

Order the grilled pork neck with something in padaek if you want the real northeastern version, not the mall-friendly one. It fills up after 7pm with the EmSphere crowd.

Already looking forward to going back! Authentic Thai food and Isaan Grill is definitely a must-try! We ordered a big spread to share, and everything was well-made, fresh, and honestly very good; every dish was bold, hot, and packed with flavor (ask for non-spicy if you can’t handle spice). Great energy too; the staff are super helpful for recommendations! Also, it’s very well located in the heart of Bangkok, in Emsphere 5TH Floor; it's easy to get to and a great spot to hang out. Already looking forward to going back!

Excellent meal, very traditional. The pork was excellent. There is a lot of food that may be surprising for a European, but that is exactly what makes this restaurant great, and what you come for.

I can only reccomend the place, the food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. We got to eat some nice thai specialries for the first time there and they were all delicious. They also had quite a few options for spice from non spicy to tongue burning so I can guarantee you'll find your fancy there.

Quite impressed. Expect to pay a little extra considering where the restaurant is located, but every dish was good, and the ingredients were high quality. Staff was very attentive. I especially enjoyed the catfish laab and grilled pork neck. The somtum and laab tod were also good. Sorry, only one photo. I ate everything too quickly.
