Mediterranean seafood above Lumphini Park

Whole fish, a raw section, olive oil and citrus, twenty-three floors up at the Andaz inside One Bangkok. That's the pitch: Mediterranean cooking built around seafood, in the Rama IV development that's been pulling the city's restaurant scene toward Lumphini.

Most Bangkok dining rooms sell you the river or the Sukhumvit skyline. This one looks straight down over Lumphini Park instead, which is the rarer view in town.

I had an amazing experience. The atmosphere is so chill, and the service was outstanding. K.Ammy took great care of us—she was so friendly, welcoming, and gave excellent recommendations with a true service mind. The food was delicious, especially the fresh oysters and Hamachi. The cocktails were also great, they have a late-night special offer which is worth it. Highly recommended to visit Piscari.

Second visit and still love all the dishes. Even side dish baked rice was very nice, taste like tomato risotto. The new chicken dish was so tender, and the price is unbelievable! Super quality. Crudo was nice and refreshing, beef skewer also worth even baht. Not to mention amazing unique cocktail, the view and service.

Visited Andaz last month and had a lovely experience. The atmosphere was beautiful, cozy, and stylish, with a great city view that made the whole evening feel special. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided great service throughout. The food was enjoyable, especially the sharing dishes—perfect for spending time together and having good conversations. What I liked most was how comfortable the space felt. It had a nice energy without being too loud, making it easy to relax, talk, and really enjoy the company. Overall, a great place for dinner, drinks, and quality time. Would happily come back again.

Highly recommend this bar. ✨ Stunning Bangkok views, amazing vibes, and incredible cocktails by Mr. Ben and Mr. Matoom. The atmosphere transforms from a beautiful sunset to a lively night scene😍👏🏻 two completely different experiences, and both are great.

An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The rooftop offered fantastic sunset views of Lumpini Park, and the interior had a fantastic atmosphere. I had an outstanding service thanks to June, Brook, Ben, and Amy. They were very attentive and genuinely welcoming as soon as I stepped into the restaurant. The combination of excellent cuisine, breathtaking views, and a remarkable team made for a memorable night. Highly recommended!
