Etcha
Bangkok Opened 2025
Borderless tasting menus that took a star inside eight months
Eight months after opening, Etcha had a Michelin star. That's fast for any restaurant, let alone one on the seventh floor of a hotel off New Phetchaburi Road. Chef Giacomo Primante calls his cooking borderless: Italian technique he grew up with, applied to whatever Thai growers and fishermen bring in that week.
It's a set course served from an open pass, with a wine list run by Suppawat Teeta, named Thailand's Best Sommelier in 2024. Book through the restaurant's own site, not the hotel switchboard.
