Charcoal-grilled Thai suki, not the usual hotpot

Skip the simmering hotpot. Elvis Suki grills its version over charcoal in a smoky open kitchen, a trick that's kept this Yotse lane spot going since the 1950s. The nickname comes from its late founder's rockabilly look.

Order the grilled suki with the house dipping sauce. It's an old neighbourhood joint that has flat-out outlasted its rivals.
