Real Thai tea, single-origin leaf, inside Siam Paragon
Skip the coffee counters. Bura Marie treats cha yen as something worth brewing properly, pouring single-origin Thai leaf next to the sweetened orange tea everyone grew up on. Friday Bangkok named it one of the year's better openings.
The pastries lean Thai too, so skip the croissant. Sit at the back for a proper break from the mall floor.

What a wonderful dining experience i had! For unknown reasons, the place wasn't crowded at all even on weekends peak period. However, it didn't mean the food was bad, in fact it was surprisingly good! Price was also reasonable too. Their selections of tea is amazing. The Thai menu is innovative, often a new interpretation of traditional Thai food with new twists. I ate here twice, and was never disappointed.

Came here with friends for the first time. We ordered six dishes to share with six people. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was really nice, not overcrowded or noisy at all. Highly recommend the fried rice with beef fat and spicy chili, also the spicy pork belly stew with salted egg.

"I’ve wanted to try this place ever since it first opened, but I’ve been away from Thailand. As soon as I landed, this was my first stop! It definitely lived up to the hype and didn't disappoint at all. My friend and I wished we could eat more, but we were so full we practically rolled out of the restaurant. Both the savory dishes and desserts were amazing. Highly, highly recommended!"

Bura Marie at Siam Paragon is a standout destination for anyone seeking a modern take on Thai cuisine. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a stylish, contemporary interior that perfectly balances elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that attention to detail extends beyond the decor — from the carefully curated music to the thoughtful table settings, every element enhances the overall dining experience. The menu is a delightful journey of Thai fusion flavors. Each dish reflects creativity while staying true to authentic Thai roots. I was particularly impressed with how traditional ingredients and spices were reinvented in unexpected, yet harmonious ways. From fresh, vibrant salads to rich, comforting mains, every bite showcased a perfect balance of flavor, texture, and presentation. The portion sizes are generous without being overwhelming, making it easy to savor a variety of dishes in one meal. The service at Bura Marie is exceptional. The staff are genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive without ever feeling intrusive. They provide insightful recommendations and are happy to explain the inspiration behind each dish, adding depth to the dining experience. One of the highlights for me was their innovative approach to Thai fusion desserts — sweet, refreshing, and beautifully plated, making each dessert feel like a work of art. Pairing your meal with their signature beverages or expertly crafted cocktails completes the experience perfectly. Overall, Bura Marie offers more than just a meal — it’s an experience that combines modern creativity with authentic Thai flavors, all served in a sophisticated and welcoming environment. For locals and tourists alike, it’s a must-visit spot in Siam Paragon for anyone who appreciates the art of Thai cuisine with a modern twist. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
