Dilsk's team loosens up on Church Road with wine and bistro plates

One glass at the bar or the full dinner, Stem works either way. The people behind Dilsk, one of Brighton's better regarded small restaurants, built this room for seasonal British cooking with sustainable sourcing, minus the fuss of a proper sit-down.

Church Road is Hove's main strip and keeps pulling in serious independent kitchens. Stem is the looser version of what Dilsk does, standards intact.
