Coffee by day, vinyl and tube amps after dark
Come night, the lights drop and this becomes a room built for listening: full album sides on serious tube amplifiers, chef-made small plates and craft cocktails. It's from the founders of Hi-Wire Brewing, tucked into the old Bottle Riot space at Wedge Studios.

We ordered three dishes and each one was well thought out with a variety of flavors and textures. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere of this place, the lighting is calming and the bartender was so welcoming. My friend and I love to work on art together and the man working behind the counter went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Asked if we wanted water and brought us a whole bottle of it, made me a really great drink, and had a nice conversation about our art projects on the way out. Next time I visit the area I will definitely be back.

★★★★★ This listening bar is exactly the kind of place Asheville needed. It brings something fresh to town: a comfortable, stylish spot where you can settle in, enjoy the music, and make a night of it without feeling rushed or overcrowded. The vibe is warm and inviting, with the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay for one more drink. The tapas are solid and easy to share, making it perfect for a casual date night, a relaxed hang with friends, or even a solo stop when you just want good music, good food, and a great cocktail. The cocktails are the real standout—creative, balanced, and genuinely excellent. Everything feels thoughtful without being pretentious, cool without trying too hard, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. As a new addition to Asheville, this place already feels like it has the potential to become a local favorite. Highly recommend.

Love what they’ve done with the space- beautiful interior, sound system, and great atmosphere in the evening when we dropped in. We had two cocktails and both were pretty disappointing. The ‘Ume in the Middle’ flavor profile was limited to plum and vinegar and otherwise tasted very watered down, to the point that I wondered if the bartender even forgot the whiskey. I would’ve assumed it was NA without context. The ‘Meet me in Margaritaville’ was again, a very one note drink- the bell pepper syrup overwhelmed everything, and it was hard to even find the tequila or shochu. Looking forward to coming back during the day for coffee and some items from the food menu. As of right now though for us it’s a 5 star for atmosphere, 1 for drinks experience.

The food and drinks were amazing and the drinks were surprisingly well priced ... $13 rotating clarified cocktails and most cocktails range from $9 - $15 with quality well liquors. It won’t be a sleeper spot for long, but I’m pretty sure it’ll be worth the wait regardless. Did I mention clarified cocktails?! 🖤
