French fine dining moves into the old No. 9 Park room
Taking over the address that housed No. 9 Park for twenty five years is not a small thing, and Allan Rodriguez did it anyway. Nine opened here in 2025 with chef de cuisine Andrew Simonich, who cooked at both No. 9 Park and Menton before this.
There's a tasting menu and an a la carte list, plus a wagyu burger regulars order without looking at the rest of the page. The 15-seat gin bar at the front pours gins from all over the world and is the easier way in if you didn't book three weeks out.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Our captain Matt was outstanding and stayed on top of everything all the time. We also had the chance to meet the chef and sous chef, which made it easy to understand why the food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The service, atmosphere, and attention to detail made this a truly top-tier dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely exquisite from beginning to end! Perfect place for a celebration. I went for a redo of my annual solo birthday dinner after having a bad experience elsewhere. The service was second to none from the warm hostess, the excellent wait staff, and the charming chef who came out and introduced himself to the tables. His passion for curating a culinary experience is clear. The dishes were divine and almost too pretty to eat. I had the privilege of trying the leek soup (amuse bouche, lovely start), the oyster with rhubarb mignonette and vanilla foam (so unique and fresh), the French onion soup (what a worth-while indulgence), the Coronado ceviche (to die for, so fresh and citrusy), the Grecian Branzino (flaky and perfectly cooked with the best Mediterranean flavors), the matcha soufflé (fluffy and fun to have presented at the table), and the chocolate cheesecake mousse (bright with the most amazing textures). When I say everything was delectable, I mean it. There wasn’t a single miss. Mediocre isn’t something they do here. My cocktail, the monthly special, was also delish. The service was absolutely stellar. Dining alone often means getting forgotten but that was not the case here. The servers were attentive, kind, and so excited to celebrate with me. 1000/10, would (and have) enthusiastically recommended to all my Boston-based friends. The reviews for this place are much lower than what’s warranted. I understand there might have been some upset with staffing, but in my opinion the poor reviews are not fair to all the obviously hardworking professionals dedicated to making nine a world-class experience. I encourage anyone on the fence to come and see for themselves why nine might be the best restaurant in the city.

We had a wonderful time at Nine tonight!!! On the pricier side but worth it for the service and incredible food. The new chef is truly so so so talented and the all of the servers are incredibly kind and professional, especially Matt!!! The presentation is beautiful and every dish is made with care! We were lucky enough to be guinea pigs for several new dishes- WOW! so delicious. I can't recommend this place enough!!
